Bespoke Design Process
1. Consult
First we will arrange a custom consult, either in person or over Zoom. During our conversation, we aim to get a sense of your story, desires and design ideas. Please prepare reference images or drawings to help us catch your vision. In the following days, we will provide a quote. If you wish to proceed with the project, a 50% deposit is required.
2. CAD Production
Next, we'll go to the drawing board and produce a Computer Assisted Design (CAD) based on our consult. We'll get into the nitty gritty design elements required to create your dream piece with full functionality and craftsmanship to last a lifetime. You will have an opportunity to review and adjust the CAD as many times as you need. Please allow 7-10 business days for CAD production.
3. Crafting your Custom Jewellery
After you approve your design, we'll begin crafting your custom project. We will update you during this process. Production will take 6-8 weeks.
4. Final Images, Payment and Delivery
Finally, we'll send you images of your completed project. After the balance of your payment is received, we will pack your custom item in our signature packaging and proceed with your selected delivery option.
