Refund policy

Please consider your choice of purchase before placing an order. Our team would love to consult with you and answer any questions before purchasing. Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not offer 'change of mind' refunds, credits or exchanges on our products. To avoid sizing errors, please contact us for a free ring sizer. We do offer one free resizing service, with postage at the buyer's expense.  

Australian Consumer Law still applies where relevant. 

Seven Swans Fine Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if:

• There is evidence of use and wear of the item.
• It is a bespoke or custom-made item.
• It has been resized to your specifications.
• Incorrect finger size is supplied by the customer (we will offer one free resizing service with postage at the buyer's expense). 
• The reason for the return is not related to quality issues.
• The quality issue can be easily rectified by our jewellers.
•  There is evidence to suggest the customer has misused, modified or intentionally tampered with the product.
